How do I submit a design request on the Doodl Space platform?
Log into the Doodl Space platform, fill in the brief template, attach any references or brand assets, tag your teammates and hit submit. Your request goes into the queue, and your designated designer picks it up from there, according to the priorities you set. No emails needed, everything is managed through the platform for a structured, efficient process. Have questions? You can always connect with your assigned POC for support. Learn more about it here.
What happens after I submit a request?
Your request is assigned to your designated designer, queued by priority, and work begins. You can check the status on the platform at any time — Open, Awaiting Response, In Progress, or Draft Submitted. You get notified the moment your deliverable is ready or if your designer replies to you.
How are priorities handled if I have multiple requests?
You can set the priorities in your queue by dragging and dropping your design tickets. Your designated designer works through the queue in that order; one request at a time, with full focus on quality. If priorities change, you can update the queue on the platform. What is your turnaround time?
For static creatives, expect 1-2 outputs per business day. For video and motion, turnaround is 1-4 days. Turnaround depends on the complexity of the design, clarity of your brief and the output volume you expect per request. It improves over time as your designer gets more familiar with your brand. What happens if my designer is unavailable?
Your creative pipeline never depends on a single person. Doodl Space has a backup system in place; if your designated designer is unavailable, a trained replacement steps in immediately, briefed on your brand, so output continues without interruption.
How do you ensure quality and consistency?
Every delivery goes through a QA review before it reaches you. Beyond that, quality improves over time, not because of any single designer, but because of how the system is built. As you work with Doodl Space, your brand data, preferences, and feedback are stored on the platform. This means your creative team gets more familiar with your brand over time, and even if your designer changes, the system retains that brand knowledge, so quality never resets.

Note: Not all plans include an exclusively dedicated designer. Most plans use a shared-resource model, with dedicated daily bandwidth allocated to your brand; this means a designer works on your brand every day, just not exclusively. Enterprise plans include fully dedicated designers.

Can I connect with my designer on a call?
Yes, while the platform handles day-to-day briefs, revisions, and feedback in a structured way, calls are available when needed. Reach out to your assigned POC, and we'll arrange a call based on availability. On our Enterprise plan, you get on-demand calls with the design team for real-time collaboration whenever you need it.
